No-feedback (NFB) Steering Systems. With NFB fitted, steering loads are only felt when actively changing course. Mechanical NFB steering systems contain a patented clutch mechanism that engages when the wheel is not being turned and automatically disengages whenever it is turned providing the driver with impoved comfort and control.
Applications:
All outboards to V4. Suits a single steering cable. Boats travelling over 40 knots, or when engine flutter is apparent, should use Seastar hydraulic steering.
