The Savwinch 3000SSS Deluxe Anchor Winch is the second largest in the Savwinch boat anchor winch range. It comes with all the superior design features and benefits of the rest of the Savwinch range. Boasting a 320mm drum diameter. The 3000SSS has heaps of grunt and is very reliable. Engineered to handle harsh applications. Savwinchs' international award winning 3000SSS Drum Winche features specifically designed marine graded patented motors and oversized Worm Drive Gearboxes and are IP68 rated to suit even the harshest environment. The motor can be moved into 12 different positions to ensure that each Drum Winch can be installed on almost any vessel. Paired with the EFF Electronic Fast Fall System these Drum Winches can reach speeds of over 100m per minute.
The Stainless Steel Series (SSS) is the worlds first and only complete 316 Stainless Steel Winch. Like the SS range of winches, the SSS feature fully sealed 316 Stainless Steel motors but also feature a 316 Stainless Steel Gearbox. Machined to fine tolerances and utilising O ring seals, the SSS series motors are completely submersible without the use of sealants or glues. You no longer need to be concerned about water ingress or corrosion. This is the Rolls Royce of winches.
It can support 100 metres of 12mm ,150 metres of 10mm or 170 metres of 8mm double braid nylon rope w/10m chain.

Breaking Strain:1900kg
The Rope-This anchor winch rope kit is double braid nylon. Connections are eye spliced and stitched for maximum strength.
Breaking Strain– Each run of rope is batch tested to ensure the breaking strains are accurate. In this day and age some anchor winch suppliers will simply look at the breaking strain on their competitor’s rope and add 10-20% for marketability. Breaking strains on LSM supplied rope kits are noted in the chart below.
The Chain-This short link chain is Grade L and complies with the DIN766/A Standard sizing.It is burr free for a smooth finish. Stainless Steel chain is also available as are higher grades and other sizes not listed. (Please see our Smart Marine Crew for details).
Includes 316 stainless Steel D-shackles.
