Inter Yra600 2-Pk Polyurethane Undercoat White 1 Litre

YRA600 is a high-performance, two-pack, undercoat for use after priming has been completed. It’s suitable for polyester, vinylester, epoxy, steel, aluminium, ferro cement and timber hulls above the waterline prior to application of appropriate finish coats. Internation YRA600 two pack polyurethane undercoat tis easy to apply and sand.

Perfection undercoat is the ideal undercoat to use for a long lasting scheme when used with Perfection Gloss. The two componet formulation has excellent obliteration. It rubs down to an exceptionally smooth finish and the semigloss finish allows easy checking for hull fairness. Do not apply over single pack systems. Do not use on areas that are permanently immersed.

May be applied over itself, Interprotect, International fillers and Epiglass epoxy resin products and instructed on labels.
Can be overcoated with itself and all International two pack polyurethene finishes.

Preparation: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination.
Mixing: After mixing, allow to stand for 5 minutes before using.
Thinner: Spray application: YTA910 Thinner or YTA064 International Polyurethane Spraying Thinners #10. Typical maximum thinner addition 25%. Add as required suggested brush/roller thinner to aid wet edge.
Brush/Roller application: YTA100 Brushing Thinner or YTA006 International Retarder Thinner #9. Use minimum required. (Available separately)
Cleaner: Any of the spray or brush roll thinners are suitable.
Ventilation and Humidity Control: Ensure adequate ventilation during use.
Conventional Spray: Pressure: Fluid pressure <1 bar / 14 psi; Air pressure 2.5 bar / 35 psi. Tip Size: 1­1.3 mm.
Other: For Airmix spray application: Pressure: Fluid pressure 60 bar / 880 psi; Air pressure <2.5 bar / 37 psi. Tip Size:
06­113. For best performance temperature should be above 10°C.
Some Important Points Will not cure below 5°C. Product temperature should be minimum 10°C/50°F and maximum 35°C/95°F. Ambient
temperature should be minimum 10°C/50°F and maximum 35°C/95°F. Substrate temperature should be minimum 10°C/50°F
and maximum 35°C/95°F.
Compatibility/Substrates It should not be used over any one pack products.
Recommended DFT per coat 48 microns dry
Recommended WFT per coat 106 microns wet
