LanaCote Features:

CRC LanoCote offers natural lanolin protection to control corrosion and prevent thread seizure. Lanolin is naturally anhydrous (water-repellant) making it extremely effective at protecting metals from corrosion in harsh conditions.
LanoCote works on five basic principles: it displaces water, absorbs corrosion, penetrates, forms a moisture barrier and has high lubricity (slipperiness).
Blended from lanolin, an all-natural product produced by animals like sheep to weather-proof their coats, fish oils and modern, non-toxic inhibitors, LanoCote protects metals from the corrosive effects of salts, alkalis and acids.
LanoCote has improved on the natural qualities of its constituents to produce a product unmatched in a saltwater environment. It prevents galvanisation in dissimilar metals and is copper, lead and silicone-free. Applied during assembly, LanoCote will greatly assist in disassembly years later.
