Harken Stainless Steel pad eyes have a variety of applications serving as temporary or permanent attatchment points for blocks, lashings and tie downs. These hinged fittings are ready when you need to attach a snatch block or fender, but fold flat on to the deck, keeping it clear and protecting your toes when you don't. A vulcanised thermoplastic pad prevents rattling and vibration.

Uses:

Use as attachment points for loops/soft attach blocks, jacklines and tethers, leads, tie downs, lifting points, fenders and many more

Features:

Padeyes fold safely on to the deck until needed.
Loads should be perpendicular to hinge and bail
Strongest positions are with the D-ring vertical or leaning toward fold-down position.

Materials:

Investment-cast bolt down bases and forged D-rings are 316 grade stainless steel.
Vulcanized thermoplastic pad preventes rattling and holds D-ring in place.
