The rubber well nut offers an option for attachment of accessories when a watertight seal is required and internal access is not possible. This makes them ideal for use with kayaks and other watercraft. The rubber well nut will fasten on wall thicknesses up to 9mm and requires a 9.5mm hole drilled into the substrate. To attach accessories use the correct size M5 bolt. The well nut has a brass insert, and when fully tightened compresses the rubber housing against the internal surface. This offers a solid connection and watertight seal. The rubber well nut comes supplied on its own or with a M5 bolt.
